Alex Bell’s leadership coaching and mentoring has quickly identified and drawn out emergent leadership skills in both our staff and our pupils. He has boundless energy, sharp insight, endless patience and real credibility. I can’t recommend him highly enough to other schools.
Alex’s professional but caring approach to leadership coaching has had a significant impact on the school’s leadership team. From our initial meeting, Alex understood my individual needs and how they married up with the organisation’s needs. He is always able to bring something fresh to our coaching sessions that shed light on current leadership or school issues. All my senior colleagues speak glowingly about the impact Alex’s coaching has had on them as leaders and as people. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
