I have worked with Natalie for several years now and have found her to be an inspiring and invaluable colleague. She is very knowledgeable about SEND, inclusion and school improvement yet remains grounded in real practice. She frequently contributes to national conferences and events and speaks with clarity and sense. Her training sessions are highly valued by those who attend, whether that be senior leaders, SENCOs, teachers or teaching assistants. Having written two books of her own, amongst many online articles, Natalie also made a fabulous contribution to my book Great Expectations: Leading an effective SEND strategy in school. Natalie is a real motivator and is able to get the best out of those around her through her commitment, passion and enthusiastic approach. I would not hesitate in recommending her to provide support to any school!

David Bartram
OBE, SEND Adviser

Natalie Packer has been a key member of a team supporting the development of SEND in primary and secondary academies across a large MAT; conducting SEND reviews and providing guidance on next stages of development. SENCOs and Headteachers were universally appreciative of her input. I have also worked with Natalie on a number of other projects with schools, trusts and local authorities including SEND Reviewer training and shared many conference platforms wither her. The hallmarks of Natalie’s work are depth of knowledge, professionalism, lack of ego and a practical collegiate approach which empowers all whom she works with. I recommend her unreservedly.
