He will get you to challenge yourself in ways you didn’t think were possible. I found myself able to achieve things that had been beyond my reach before.
I was quite new to middle management and I had a tough team under my wing that simply refused to be managed. Having Nicholas as a sounding board really helped. Not only did he listen without judgment, he also had a way of directing his questioning, so that I would end up talking my way into strategies that would help turn my team around.
Nick is incredibly personable and has strong, positive relationships with staff and students. Working with Nick was a true pleasure and I would recommend him highly.
