Alison

Alison is an independent consultant with over 25 years experience in the school sector.  As a qualified and highly experienced executive coach, she is recognised by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as one of their Senior Practitioners.   She works with leaders at all levels to be a catalyst for change as coach, consultant and facilitator.  Used by Trust Boards and Headteachers to facilitate strategic workshops, Alison also facilitates on national programmes for both senior and middle leaders.  Currently, she is a tutor on the National College for Education’s Senior Leader’s Master’s Apprenticeship programme.

Alison is an Honorary Norham Fellow of the University of Oxford and her Masters in Education had a focus on System Leadership.  She is a Certified MBTI Practitioner (Step I and II) and also Chair of the Local Board for a Primary School.  Her purpose and values driven approach, combined with an ‘always learning’ philosophy, which takes in the latest research/thinking, ensures her work adds value enabling you to build capacity and have an impact.

Specialist Area Details:

Executive/Leadership Coaching: Professionally qualified Executive Coach (ILM Level 7) and Accredited Practitioner EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). MBTI accredited practitioner. Trained coach supervisor.

Experienced facilitator and trainer: Train the Trainer on facilitating programmes. Bespoke training including coach training, leadership and team development, strategic change and governor workshops.

External Reviewer for School Improvement: Lead School Reviews and/or lead/support Peer School Reviews. Fully up to date knowledge and experience with the latest accountability measures.
