Once you have successfully completed your SLA with Captiva Learning, including your end-point assessment, you will become a life time member of the Leadership Matters community, where you will be able to continue your learning journey towards your chosen Masters’ level qualification with our partner university.

You can apply for your progression pathway prior to End Point Assessment however you will need to provide proof of apprenticeship completion throughout the latter stages of the admissions process. Initial proof of apprenticeship completion is normally emailed to you 10-15 days after successful end point assessment.
Bursaries are not an automatic entitlement and are awarded subject to meeting the following criteria

Subject to eligibility and programme availability, we have intakes that start in January and September each year.
If you wish to start in January, EPA must take place no later than mid-November the previous year.
If you wish to start in September, EPA must take place no later than mid-July.
This will have no impact on your Masters’ course, and you can continue your studies as normal. This element of your leadership learning is not linked to your employer in the same way as the apprenticeship.
Yes. All lectures and mentor meetings are online so you can complete your studies from anywhere.
Yes. In approved circumstances you may pause your Masters’ course. This application must be made directly with the university.
You may request to defer your selected start date which is subject to approval.
