Our pricing structure is based on the number of pupils in a school. This scale starts at 1-99 pupils and goes to 2,500+ pupils. If you would like to cancel your Leadership Matters subscription, please contact email@example.com or call us on 02082219080. This will be actioned at once and activate from the end date of your current subscription.
All Leadership Matters accounts are on an automatic renewal basis, unless stated otherwise. Your school’s Lead User will be notified of the renewal three weeks in advance. We will also give your school a call to confirm that all existing contacts detail are correct prior to the renewal. You can easily purchase a subscription for your school by clicking on ‘Join Now’ at the top of the home page. If you would like to discuss Leadership Matters further, or our MAT and LA discounts, please contact email@example.com or call us on 02082219080
Unfortunately, you cannot add a user to your subscription from a different school. Each subscription is appointed to one school, if someone at a different school would like to join Leadership Matters, their school would have to purchase a subscription. If you have a school you would like to refer, fill out a contact form with the school’s details and we would be delighted to talk to them about joining!
If you would like us to change the Lead User or add additional Lead Users onto your subscription, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02082219080. We will need your school's name and postcode; plus, the full name and email address of the person you would like to assign administrative rights to. Please note this can take up to 24 hours to come into effect.
Only a Lead User for your school account can add, remove and manage users.
Log in > Click Name > Admin Area > Our Subscriptions > View Assigned
This will show all staff within the school's account.
To add new staff click ‘Assign’ and you will have the option to create a new user account
There is no limit to the number of users a school can have – as long as they are from your school!
Ordered books are delivered to your school directly from our supplier within 10 working days.
To place a book order, please contact email@example.com and we will email you a Book Order Form for you to complete. Once this has been completed, the order will be processed on the system. Please be mindful that once an order has been dispatched, it can take up to 10-working days for it to arrive with your school. All our Leadership Books can be found on the ‘LM Books’ page of our website.
Once logged in, you can view all existing data and open reports by heading to your ‘Dashboard’. Your dashboard is completely tailored to you, and a hub in which you can pick up where you left off, add more participants to a 360 review, re-open a closed 360 review, edit an LM Survey and much more!
