Matt is the CEO and Founder of The Glass House Leadership Lab – an educational coaching and system consultancy group that believes the catalyst to system transformation is the personal development of leaders, teachers and learners. His doctoral action research whilst a Head and CEO was based in curriculum, culture and system design using frameworks of human development, motivation, and engagement theory. The Glass House’s subsequent national and international work is based on co-designing innovative digital systems with system leaders and facilitating their teams to embody and embed consistent human growth within their organisations.

Ruth brings 30 years of experience in professional services and education, having held positions including Principal and CEO in Further Education. She founded a national education charity supporting 30+ industry-led Career Colleges across the UK. Ruth led a multi-million pound regional Levy transfer system for youth apprenticeships and developed support schemes for all ages. As an Honorary Fellow of UCL Institute of Education, she applies business principles to educational ventures, ensuring long-term sustainability. Ruth engages in national advisory work with All Party Parliamentary Groups and the Department for Education on skills and employment initiatives.

Evelyn Forde MBE is a former President of the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) and an esteemed headteacher. Recognised for her outstanding contributions to education, particularly in promoting diversity and inclusion in schools, Evelyn was awarded an MBE for her services to education. After concluding her tenure in formal leadership roles, she remains actively involved in the education sector, providing consultancy services to schools and educational bodies on issues of leadership, equity, and school improvement strategies.

Barnaby Lenon, former Eton teacher and Harrow headmaster, is a prominent figure in UK education and currently Dean of Education at the University of Buckingham, one of the largest teacher training providers in England.  He helped establish the successful London Academy of Excellence and chairs the Independent Schools Council. Lenon has governed 26 schools, directed the New Schools Network, and served on Ofqual's board. He's authored books on high-achieving state schools and less academic students, and researches effective teaching practices in the UK and USA.
