Allana is the Headteacher at Vita et Pax Preparatory School. Her career in the education sector has focused on turning around schools in challenging circumstances, especially those in deprived areas. She has extensive experience in primary and secondary maintained schools and shares this with colleagues throughout education.

Allana utilises her Caribbean roots to provide a different insight into areas of British education. She actively works to improve diversity in the education sector as well as to encourage primary and secondary schools to deepen collaboration.

Allana Gay is the co-founder of BAMEed Network, a coach for Women leading in Education and an Academy governor.
