Naomi Ward CPCC is a Coach and Facilitator working with individuals, teams and organisations within education. Her work stands on the cornerstones of values, purpose and self-leadership. It seems that there are many educators who have lost touch with their sense of self and the purpose which drew them to the profession. Naomi creates the possibility of moving from this discord and frustration to agency, courage and leadership.

Naomi spent five years in the media sector before training as an English Teacher and spending 15 years as a Secondary practitioner, ITT Mentor and Faculty Head in South London Schools. She is now an Accreditation Coach for the #MTPTProject, supporting teachers on parental leave to make a confident transition back to work.

She is a Regional Leader for #WomenEd, a Specialist Coaching Consultant for Values Based Education, a Coach for Spark Inside, preparing young offenders to make positive change and a mentor for the Kings Arms Youth Club, her local youth club. She is a member of the EMCC and a Mental Health First Aider. She has edited two books supporting the wellbeing of the education workforce.
